She also helped me get SF to approve my roof claim after weeks of run around from the adjusters and she stepped in and connected me with a manager that reviewed my claim and approved it within 24 hrs after I had been waiting for almost 3 weeks. "Going to shoot straight here. Been with State Farm for a while and I bought a new 2024 Porsche that got scratched in a valet lot. State Farm Claims was terrible to work with. Not the workers at this branch but the company in general is awful. I was paid $298.40 PLUS I had to pay a $500 deductible on a claim of $1800 to repair the damage. They never come out to see the car. They look at PHOTOS!!! How can you tell what truly needs done? You cannot even buy the touch up paint for less than $150. I had to pay $1500 out of pocket. Why do I even have insurance? Such a scam, now I know why they are called Snake Farm."
