"State Farm uses used parts on your car. It's on page 23 of the policy. They wanted to put parts from a junkyard (they call it reconditioned) on my car . . so I will have to pay for new parts from the manufacturer."

"Going to shoot straight here. Been with State Farm for a while and I bought a new 2024 Porsche that got scratched in a valet lot. State Farm Claims was terrible to work with. Not the workers at this branch but the company in general is awful. I was paid $298.40 PLUS I had to pay a $500 deductible on a claim of $1800 to repair the damage. They never come out to see the car. They look at PHOTOS!!! How can you tell what truly needs done? You cannot even buy the touch up paint for less than $150. I had to pay $1500 out of pocket. Why do I even have insurance? Such a scam, now I know why they are called Snake Farm."
